API 19C / ISO Frac Sand Evaluation
Lonquist has been a leader in frac sand testing for many years. Our diligent focus on quality and procedural control in our labs ensures that test results are accurate and verifiable. Our engineers and geologists don’t just crank out test results; they really understand what the data shows and are able to consult on material viability, mining and processing adjustments, or additional industries where your particular product may be in demand.
In the age of abundant in-basin proppant availability our test labs have also proven invaluable in quality and in-spec verification at well sites prior to frac’ing operations.

Mobile Testing Laboratory
We are proud to offer our brand new mobile laboratory for your next project. Our 40 ft gooseneck trailer is fully equipped to operate independently and continuously in any location. The mobile laboratory can be run on shore power or on its generator 24/7. It is also equipped with a water recycling system, eliminating the requirement for fresh water connections. Our experienced technicians are well trained in material sampling, identifying operational inefficiencies, QA/QC laboratory training, and safe work practices.
Often times the logistics, cost, and delays associated with shipping many samples for testing can reduce the efficiency of mining initialization, plant commissioning and optimization, and pre-frac QC efforts at wellsites. Our mobile lab solves these problems.
